It’s simple. Enter your pickup location and destination, choose your vehicle tier, and confirm. For an on-demand ride, you’re done in under 30 seconds. For a pre-arranged ride, pick the date and time as well, and your price is locked before you finish booking.

Are your drivers licensed and professional?

Yes, every GroundVoy driver is fully licensed, insured, and personally vetted. They go through professional training to ensure the same high standard of service regardless of city or vehicle tier.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing on your end — we handle it. Our system tracks your flight in real time and adjusts your driver’s pickup automatically. They’ll be there when you land, whether you’re an hour early or two hours late. All airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.

Can I use GroundVoy in different countries with the same account?

Absolutely. One account, every city. Whether you’re booking in New York this week and London next week, the experience and the app are identical. No re-registration, no local accounts, no friction.

Does Book for Later have surge pricing?

Never. When you pre-arrange a ride, the price you see at booking is the price you pay. It’s all-inclusive — taxes, tolls, and fees — and it never changes based on demand or weather or anything else. That’s the whole point of booking in advance.

How does cancellation work?

For Book Now, cancellation is free within the first two minutes. For Book for Later, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup. Between 12 and 24 hours, a 25% fee applies. Under 4 hours, or if you don’t show up, the full fare applies. If your flight is cancelled or something genuinely unexpected comes up, we refund in full without question.

What is the GroundVoy Pass?

It’s our monthly membership for frequent travelers. Three tiers: Select at $99 per month, Premier at $249 per month, and Elite at $499 per month. Each gives you monthly ride credit worth more than you pay, plus discounts on pre-arranged rides and benefits that get better the more you travel. Credits roll over for 90 days and annual billing saves you two months.

How do I apply to become a GroundVoy driver?

Click Apply to Drive on the website or in the app. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and to clear a background check. Once approved, you can start earning right away at the Select tier. Progress through ratings and ride counts to unlock higher tiers and better payouts.
