Nature of Service

GroundVoy operates a technology platform that connects passengers with independent professional chauffeurs and licensed transportation providers. GroundVoy is a marketplace intermediary. It is not itself a licensed transportation company or carrier in any jurisdiction.

GroundVoy offers two booking modes. Book Now facilitates on-demand transportation requests matched to nearby available chauffeurs at dynamic market pricing. Book for Later facilitates pre-arranged transportation at fixed, all-inclusive pricing confirmed and locked at the time of booking. The specific terms and conditions applicable to each booking mode are detailed in GroundVoy’s full Terms and Conditions.

All transportation services booked through the GroundVoy platform are provided by independent chauffeurs and licensed operators who maintain their own licences, permits, and insurance in the jurisdictions in which they operate. GroundVoy requires all operators on its platform to hold valid professional licences and commercial insurance in their operating jurisdiction as a condition of platform access.

Intellectual Property

All content on the GroundVoy platform — including text, design, logos, images, and software — is the property of GroundVoy, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent from GroundVoy, Inc. is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GroundVoy, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or the transportation services facilitated through it. GroundVoy’s total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total value of the transaction in dispute.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in the user’s jurisdiction.
