I. Transfer — Point-to-Point
The simplest, cleanest way to travel. You tell us where you’re going, and we give you a fixed, all-inclusive price before you book. That price covers everything: the ride, taxes, tolls and fees. It never changes, no matter how long the traffic holds you up. No meter running, no surprises on arrival.

II. Hourly Charter — By the Hour
Book your driver by the hour and go wherever the day takes you. Multi-stop errands, back-to-back meetings, sightseeing with a local at the wheel — the clock runs, the car waits, and you’re never left standing on a corner trying to rebook. The minimum is two hours, and your driver won’t charge wait time during your booking window.

It’s the Premier tier and above, elevated by a 20% service surcharge that buys you a genuinely personal touch.

IV. Secure — Executive Protection Transport
For travelers who require more than comfort. Secure service pairs you with a certified Secure-trained driver who understands executive protection protocols, discreet routing and counter-surveillance awareness. Every booking is custom-quoted and requires at least 72 hours of advance notice — because preparation is the service.

V. Diplomat — VIP and Protocol Service
The highest tier of service GroundVoy offers. Designed for heads of state, diplomatic missions, C-suite executives and VIP delegations, Diplomat service includes full protocol compliance, motorcade coordination and tarmac facilitation. A dedicated Diplomat relations manager is assigned to every booking. This isn’t transportation — it’s operational precision at the highest level.
