Premium Ground Transport, Accessible to Everyone

Accessibility is not an add-on for GroundVoy. It is part of how we built the platform and how we define the standard we hold every tier to. That means ADA-compliant vehicles with trained drivers available on-demand and pre-arranged — and a digital platform that works correctly for users who rely on assistive technology.

The GroundVoy Access Tier — Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles

GroundVoy Access is our dedicated WAV tier. Every vehicle is ADA-compliant, inspected before every shift, and operated by a driver who holds WAV certification and has completed passenger assistance training. The same professional standard as every other GroundVoy tier.

Book Now — On-Demand WAV

Request a wheelchair accessible vehicle on-demand in markets where certified Access drivers are active. Typically with you in 2 to 10 minutes.

Book for Later — Pre-Arranged WAV

Pre-arrange your WAV transfer at a fixed, all-inclusive price. Recommended for airport pickups and medical appointments where timing matters. Flight tracking included on airport bookings. Sixty minutes of complimentary waiting time on pre-arranged airport pickups.

Access Tier Pricing

Book Now fares from $18. Pre-arranged airport transfer rates from $65, all-inclusive. Surge pricing on Book Now rides is capped at 2.0x and the cap is never exceeded.

Mobility Device Notes

Vehicles are equipped for standard manual and power wheelchairs. If you travel with a specific mobility device, note it in the booking and we will confirm suitability before your ride is confirmed.

Digital Platform Accessibility

The GroundVoy app and website are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We run an active programme of accessibility testing and improvement across both platforms.

  • Screen reader compatibility. VoiceOver (iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA, and JAWS on desktop are all supported across core booking flows.
  • Keyboard navigation. All booking, account, and payment functions on the web platform are fully accessible via keyboard without a mouse.
  • Colour contrast. Text, buttons, and interactive elements throughout meet WCAG AA minimum contrast ratios.
  • Text scaling. The app and website respond correctly to system text size settings and browser zoom up to 200% without loss of function.
  • Dynamic content announcements. Screen reader users receive live region announcements for booking confirmations, driver matching, and trip status updates.

If you encounter a barrier to accessing GroundVoy’s platform or services — whether physical or digital — we want to know about it. Contact us at accessibility@groundvoy.com. We respond to all accessibility reports within 2 business days and aim to resolve platform issues within 5 business days.
