Multi-Stop Rides on GroundVoy - How Additional Stops Work

Need to make a stop along the way? Add it at booking and the fee is included in your confirmed total, or add it mid-ride and your driver confirms the charge before the vehicle changes direction. No surprises either way.

A standard GroundVoy ride is priced from pickup to destination. When a stop is part of the plan - picking someone up along the route, dropping off a package, or making a brief errand - each additional stop carries a flat fee that is added to your fare before it is finalized. The fee depends on your vehicle tier. The total you confirm is the total you pay.

Stops added mid-ride follow the same principle. Your driver notifies the platform, the fee is shown in the app, and you confirm it before the detour begins. There is no ambiguity at drop-off about what additional charges are on the bill.

Stops Planned at Booking

Enter each stop in sequence when setting up your ride. The fee for each stop is added to your fare before you confirm. The total shown at confirmation includes every stop. There is nothing added after.

Stops Added During the Ride

Tell your driver you need to add a stop. The driver notifies the platform. The mid-ride fee appears in the app and you confirm it before the vehicle moves in a new direction. Your driver does not change course until you have approved the charge.

Wait Time at Each Stop

Standard, Eco, XL, and Comfort include 5 minutes. Black and Black SUV include 10 minutes. Platinum includes 15 minutes.

Hourly Charter Bookings

Multi-stop fees do not apply when you are on an hourly charter. All stops and detours are included within your time block. The clock runs continuously regardless of where the vehicle goes.
