1. Point-to-Point
One pickup. One destination. A confirmed price before you get in the vehicle. This is the foundation of everything GroundVoy offers and the most common booking type. Enter your pickup, enter your drop-off, choose your tier, see the fare, and confirm. Available as Book Now for immediate pickups with a surge-capped fare, or Book for Later for a price locked at confirmation. If you add a stop after the ride begins, multi-stop fees apply.
2. Hourly Charter
You need a driver for a block of time, not a fixed destination. Hourly charter assigns a licensed professional driver to you for the full block. They go where you go, wait when you need them to wait, and stay until your time is up. Rate locked at booking. Three-hour minimum on most tiers. Overtime billed in 15 minute increments at one quarter of the hourly rate. Book for Later only.
3. Airport Transfer
A pre-arranged pickup built around your actual flight arrival, not your scheduled one. GroundVoy connects to your flight number at booking and tracks it from the moment of departure. If your arrival time changes, your driver's dispatch adjusts before you land. Fare fixed at booking. Complimentary wait time starts from actual wheels-down. Available on Book for Later only.
4. Event Transportation
Single vehicles or coordinated fleets for corporate events, weddings, stadium evenings, and private functions. Every vehicle in your event fleet is its own separate pre-arranged booking with its own dedicated driver and its own confirmed schedule. No pooled dispatch. No shared drivers between assignments. 5. Group and Coach Charter
Sprinter, Mini Coach, and Coach tiers for groups of 10 to 56 passengers. Structured as hourly charter with a minimum block. Lead time required: 12 hours for Sprinter, 24 hours for Mini Coach and Coach. Book for Later only. Ideal for conference shuttles, team travel, stadium groups, and corporate retreats where a single vehicle is not enough.
